All classes taught in the Nourished Kitchen are rich in whole foods
with the intention of showing people how to prepare nutrient-rich dishes
that feed the body well and promote disease prevention!
All classes are typically dairy and gluten-free as well.
While there may be meat protein in some recipes, menus can be tailored for vegetarian and/or vegan cooking upon request.

I've always wanted to cook risotto and learning how to cook it really helped me to feel confident to try it later. This was such a fun class and a relaxing environment. The instructions were clear and I felt safe handling the knives and equipment.
I enjoyed trying foods I normally wouldn't have thought of trying. They were delicious! I really enjoyed such a healthy meal that was also very filling and something I can make on my own.
I enjoyed so much of the class - proper use of kitchen tools, pairing of flavors and the health benefits of different foods. My favoirite part of the eveing was the hands on cooking and enjoying a delicious meal afterwards.
